The Crystal Palace Incident

The original Crystal Palace in London burned down in 1936, but tensions were rising the year before.

Jed was caught selling ‘fireproof lemonade’ outside. When questioned, he claimed to be doing a safety drill. The lemonade was just vinegar and soda. Chaos ensued. His stand was banned from all royal parks.
