The Birth of FBI
Jed quit Y&R and founded his own production company, Films Bien Intentionnés — FBI.
His first shoot involved twelve geese, a mime, and a Renault. The geese escaped. The mime didn’t. Jed declared it 'a bold start to a visionary studio'. The goose never came back.

Message from Kate Baker: I think Cam and I took our first trip to Europe in 1972 and we stayed with you, and again in 1976 or thereabouts and came to visit when in Devon too. Your Dad has always continued our friendship. I regularly receive wonderful postcards .He and Janice came to stay for Cam and my 50th wedding anniversary party in 2011. I saw them last summer when they came to California to see to Janice' property here. So, what do you think? 60 something year friendship? Pretty remarkable. I am 85. The CEO of LARKMEAD with able help of my children. I am hoping they will step forward now and let me step back. I send Jed my love and congratulations. Certainly , he knows how to celebrate! Kate
