Jed proposed repurposing an unused cricket pavilion as an arts hub.

He sketched a mural on the whiteboard mid-meeting. The mayor nodded. The clerk sighed. A committee was formed. Nothing happened, but Jed felt satisfied. He turned the sketch into a linocut.
